Apprenticeship Application Requirements
Applications are accepted daily:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. till 3:45 p.m.
To qualify for an interview the following documents must be provided:
- A valid Louisiana Driver's License
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate **
- High School diploma or higher (associates degree) or GED Diploma **
- High School Transcript (original stamped copy)- Applicants must have at least one year of High School Algebra and received one full credit- if you do not have the algebra credit, assistance may be available to help you meet this criteria.
- DD-214 form if you were in the Military
- $35.00 money order to pay for application fees

** All documents must be in English or a certified English Translation
*** Applicants will be required to pass a drug screening test prior to being selected and employed.***
